Job Title: BOM Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled BOM Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Bill of Materials (BOM) process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will have expertise in Creo Assembly and BOM updates in Windchill, with a strong understanding of ECT workflow management.
  • They will create sales order specific Creo and Windchill Parts for New Production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • The individual will perform Quality Gate checks based on IPV checkpoints, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards.
  • Experience with Creo and Windchill is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Part, Assembly, and Drawing creation in Creo.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interface with Engineering for clarifications.
  • Ability to read schematics and bill of material, with a deep understanding of Industrial Turbine Machinery.
  • Possesses strong technical knowledge in a specific turbomachinery application, such as Compressors, Generators, or mechanical drives.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Creo and Windchill, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to read and understand P&ID and ELS (Schematic Diagrams).
