About Us:
At Amigoways Technologies, we work closely with the jewellery industry to boost sales and customer engagement. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze performance trends.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in jewellery or retail.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and drive actionable insights.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and team-player.
