Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for IT services (web/app development, digital marketing, branding, software solutions, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with solutions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / IT (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in IT sales, with 3–5 years of experience in B2B client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
