If you live and breathe Social Media Marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels primarily on social media for us and the client's

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all social media campaigns.
  • Maintain our and the client's social media presence.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs) for our clients.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create creatives for social media.
  • Utilize solid analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Work with influencers for clients on behalf of the company.

Requirements -

  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
  • An active social media enthusiast is required.
  • Excellent English skills and the ability to write creative copy are a must.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Completion of projects in social media marketing.
  • Minimum of
    1.5 to 2 years of proven experience
    in social media marketing.
  • Agency experience will be preferred.
  • Ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Location - Dadar Station

Mode - Work from Office

Salary Range - Rs 15,000 - Rs 30,000 a month.
