Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Executive – Client Servicing
to manage end-to-end social media activities for our lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, hands-on experience with digital content, and the ability to collaborate closely with copywriters and designers. You will be responsible for managing social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and others, while driving impactful campaigns that align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.
  • Oversee social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ideate and execute engaging digital content.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of digital and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize brand presence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to showcase campaign performance and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high-quality standards for all client deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience
    in social media management, client servicing, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and digital content trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and contribute to content concepts.
