Job Description (JD)

Responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Monitors analytics, engages with audiences, creates content calendars, and collaborates with marketing and design teams to meet marketing objectives.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).

Monitor and analyze social media metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for performance improvement.

Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and manage online communities professionally.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Assist in running paid social campaigns and track ROI on ad spend.

 

Selection Criteria

Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Proficient in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.).

Strong communication, writing, and creative skills.

Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, SEO, and paid campaigns.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
