Job Summary

The Social Media Marketing Executive will manage social media channels, plan campaigns, create compelling content, and monitor performance metrics. The ideal candidate is trend-savvy, detail-oriented, and has strong content-writing skills, with a deep understanding of the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals

Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build community

Track social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity

Content Creation & Writing

Create and schedule content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that reflects brand voice

Write engaging, creative, and error-free copy for all social media platforms

Collaborate with designers/photographers for high-quality visual content

Maintain a social media content calendar for consistency

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and implement social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement and reach

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze key performance metrics

Prepare reports on content performance, audience engagement, and growth trends

Use insights to improve content strategy

Trend Research & Innovation

Stay updated on beauty trends, influencer campaigns, and viral content

Suggest new ideas and formats to increase brand visibility and engagement

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in beauty or lifestyle

Strong writing and storytelling skills

Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices

Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus

Passion for beauty trends and digital marketing
