Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations to drive sales. Other responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, fostering a welcoming store environment, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves supporting promotional activities and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Good understanding of hospitality industry trends and consumer preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Previous experience in sales or retail is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
