Role Description

  • Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Master's in Contract Management or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 10 years in tender preparation, bid process management; strong expertise in ITS-related procurement (hardware/software); market research and government guideline familiarity preferred
  • Key Role: Expert input on implementation deliverables, pricing negotiation, technical specs review
  • Duration: 12-month implementation phase

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of bid processes, tender management and bid preparation
  • Proficiency in proposal writing and creating detailed, persuasive documents
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of technology solutions and market trends is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in bid management or a related role is highly desirable
