Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Mumbai. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tender processes, analyzing tender documents, preparing and writing proposals, and overseeing procurement activities. Daily tasks will include coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in tendering preparation is a must
  • Should have proven experience in making summary of tenders and pre bid queries
  • Should have proven experience in attending pre bid meetings
  • Should have proven experience of leading and managing team of tender specialists
  • Should be able to contribute as an individual and also as a team
  • Should have proven experience in working on various e-procurement portals
