Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in Mumbai. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, analyzing technical and commercial requirements, preparing competitive proposals, and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines. Additional tasks may include coordinating with internal teams and vendors, developing effective communication strategies, conducting market research, and assisting in negotiations to secure tenders successfully.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tender Management and an understanding of the tendering lifecycle
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret technical specifications and requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills for preparing detailed and accurate tender submissions
  • Understanding of Procurement processes and supplier interactions
  • Attention to detail, organizational support capacity, and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Experience in the metal alloys or manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and relevant tendering software
