Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who has hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max) campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation for campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics reports.
  • Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for better results.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad copies and visuals.
  • Manage monthly ad budgets and ensure cost-effective performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
