Starting with press-on nails, we've expanded into magnetic lashes and lip stains—products that are changing the way women experience everyday beauty. As a growing startup with a strong aesthetic and community-first approach, we're looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. This is a unique chance to help shape a new-age beauty brand that's all about innovation, creativity, and luxury made easy.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) and drive organic growth through SEO.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee Instagram (and expand into other platforms), create engaging content, manage posting schedules, and interact with our growing community.
  • Influencer Outreach: Build and manage relationships with beauty influencers to drive collaborations, product seeding, and reviews across nails, lashes, and makeup.
  • Content Creation: Design and develop high-quality, visually striking content that reflects Floss Beauty's trend-forward, luxurious brand voice.
  • Campaign Execution: Support product launches (press-on nails, magnetic lashes, lip stains) and creative campaigns to boost brand awareness and conversions.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay plugged into global beauty, fashion, and content trends, and translate them into Floss Beauty's strategy.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in beauty/fashion/lifestyle.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Passion for beauty innovation with a finger on the pulse of what's trending globally and locally.
  • Excellent written communication skills and visual sensibility (design skills a plus).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box.
  • Organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
  • Strong understanding of beauty consumer behavior, storytelling, and aspirational branding.
  • Bonus: Shopify, Klaviyo, influencer marketing experience.
