Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing specialist with expertise in Google AdWords and lead generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of PPC advertising, and a proven track record of driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns on Google AdWords to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and PPC advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google AdWords and PPC advertising.
  • Google AdWords certification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns and driving lead generation for businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing, is a plus.
