Job Title: AI Specialist – Renewable Energy Operations

Location: Noida/ Mumbai

Department: Digital & AI / Renewable Energy - TEAM

Job Summary:

We're hiring an AI Specialist to drive operational efficiency across renewable energy plants by applying advanced AI/ML techniques and solutions. Key focus areas include generation forecasting, scheduling, DSM penalty reduction, power trading optimization, asset management, and system integration (ERP, SCADA, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models for renewable generation forecasting and schedule optimization.
  • Minimize DSM penalties using predictive analytics and automated control systems.
  • Support energy trading through market forecasting and bid optimization.
  • Enable predictive maintenance and asset optimization using SCADA/IoT data.
  • Integrate AI solutions with ERP, SCADA, and other operational systems.
  • Collaborate across technical and business teams; create performance dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5-15 years of AI/ML experience, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.

  • Strong in Python, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and power systems knowledge.

  • Experience with SCADA/ERP integration and energy market dynamics preferred.
