Role Descriptio

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will handle various HR tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing policies and procedures, managing onboarding and training programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and implement effective HR strategies

Qualification

  • Skills in recruitment and onboarding, including job posting, interviews, and employee orientatio
  • nExperience in employee relations and performance management, addressing employee concerns, and conducting performance review
  • sKnowledge of HR compliance, policies, and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulation
  • sStrong organizational and record-keeping skills, maintaining accurate employee records and documentatio
  • nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive workplace environmen
  • tAbility to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various department
  • sExperience in the real estate industry is a plu
  • sBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fiel
