Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will develop and implement HR strategies and policies, conduct training and development programs, manage employee records, and ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.

  • MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 year Experience in the Hr required
