Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will also handle performance management, employee benefits administration, and ensure a positive work environment. Daily tasks will include conducting interviews, coordinating training programs, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication between employees and management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
  • Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
