Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking, analyzing financial data to create financial models for decision support, and evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Additional responsibilities include guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing analysis of trends and forecasts, and recommending actions for optimization.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage financial accounting using cloud tools like QuickBooks and Xero
  • Conduct financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Perform profitability, scenario, and sensitivity analysis
  • Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for clients
  • Collaborate with business leaders to craft actionable financial strategies
  • Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in the financial industry or related field is a plus

  • Hybrid– 2 days WFH (Mon, Tue) + 3 days Office (Wed–Fri)
