  • Initial 90 days: Work from Office (Training Period)
  • Post Training: Permanent Work from Home
  • Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skillset)

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring for a Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst (FA/SFA) for the night shift. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Property Management / Real Estate Accounting and hands-on expertise with Yardi Voyager 7S software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process property management and real estate accounting transactions using Yardi Voyager 7S.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accuracy in property-level financial reporting and compliance with US accounting standards.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and address accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in US Accounting (minimum 4 years total accounting experience).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager 7S software.
  • Proven experience in Property Management or Real Estate Accounting is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
