Job Title: Financial Consultant /Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced & Fresher Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, and infrastructure advisory. This role involves transaction advisory, bid evaluation, proposal writing, cost estimation, and preparing detailed project reports. Additionally, the candidate will manage RFP (Request for Proposal) processes and oversee bidding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Modelling: Develop detailed financial models to support decision-making processes and project evaluations.
• EPC Project Management: Provide financial consultancy for EPC projects, ensuring optimal budget and resource allocation.
• Transaction Advisory: Provide strategic financial, legal, and commercial guidance to support successful mergers, acquisitions, and business deals.
• Infrastructure Advisory: Offer strategic advisory services for infrastructure projects, including risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Bid Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of bids to ensure they meet project requirements and budget constraints.
• Proposal Writing: Create compelling and detailed proposals for infrastructure projects to highlight their value and feasibility.
• Detailed Project Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive project reports, including financial analyses, project timelines, and progress updates.
• RFP Management: Lead the preparation and issuance of RFPs, ensuring clarity and completeness of all documentation.
• Cost Estimation: Perform accurate cost estimation for infrastructure projects to ensure proper budgeting and financial planning.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDBM (Finance)/CA/CMA from an institution recognized by AICTE/NAAC or affiliated with an Indian/International University.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional presentation skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
