Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads for the sales team.
- Explain product/service features and understand customer needs.
- Schedule demos or appointments for senior sales executives.
- Manage follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
- Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. onboarding the users
- Talking to medical professionals/admin via call or email on which product will be useful to their clinic and suggest the best options
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales/marketing) to improve lead quality.
- Research new prospects and market segments to support outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience, a large part of which should be in BPOs, counseling, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls confidently.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, having ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Education
- Any graduate, experience is more important than degree specialization.
