Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive – Software Sales & License Compliance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and communicating effectively to promote software sales and compliance solutions. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth through effective sales and license compliance strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and nurture potential clients.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Experience in Sales and license compliance processes, including closing deals and meeting targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related technologies is a plus.
- Prior experience in the software, technology, or legal services industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
