Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, end-to-end email marketing strategies across multiple customer segments and lifecycle stages.
  • Create, manage, and optimize 
    email campaigns
     including newsletters, promotional campaigns, onboarding series, and re-engagement flows.
  • Oversee 
    email list growth, segmentation, and hygiene
     to ensure high deliverability and engagement.
  • Manage and improve 
    email automation workflows
     for lifecycle campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as 
    open rate, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate
    , and 
    unsubscribe rate
    .
  • Work closely with 
    creative, content, sales, and product teams
     to align email messaging with overall business objectives.
  • Regularly 
    report insights
     and suggest improvements based on campaign performance and customer behavior analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest 
    email marketing trends, tools, platform updates
    , and best practices.
  • Design and execute 
    end-to-end digital marketing strategies
     aligned with company goals
  • Lead campaigns across 
    SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing
    , and 
    Paid Media
  • Monitor and 
    analyze campaign data
     to optimize performance
  • Manage the 
    digital marketing budget
     effectively
  • Collaborate with 
    cross-functional teams
     (creative, sales, content)
  • Stay updated on 
    latest trends and tools
     in digital marketing
  • Develop and manage relationships with 
    agencies, vendors, and digital partners
  • Ensure 
    compliance
     with 
    data privacy
     and 
    digital marketing standards

Required Skills:

    Facebook Ads Manager
