We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head for 3PL to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in sales leadership, customer relationship management, and business development, with a strong background in strategic planning, sales execution, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, sales pipeline management, and revenue growth plans to achieve business objectives.
- Sales Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Market Trends & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaboration & Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Sales Solutions & GDM Implementation: Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales execution plans.
- Incentive Schemes & Strategic Key Account Management (KAM): Design and implement lucrative incentive schemes to boost sales performance and enhance key account relationships.
- Achieving Target Set: Meet and exceed revenue targets by securing large strategic deals, leveraging CRM, digitalization, and technology to optimize sales efficiency.
