Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Collections Manager. The Collections Manager will oversee the daily operations of the collections department, including developing and implementing strategies to improve collection processes, managing a team of collection agents, and ensuring compliance with debt collection regulations. Responsibilities also include monitoring collection metrics, conducting regular team meetings, and developing training programs to enhance the team's performance.

  • Experience in developing and implementing collection strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of debt collection regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in collection software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dehradun
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in the financial sector is preferred
