About the Client:

The Client - Daily Hindu App is India's daily companion for Hindu Holistic Living. Helping seekers reconnect to their roots and traditions through a modern yet deeply authentic experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team—playing a key role in ensuring a delightful experience for users and spiritual service seekers.

Role Overview

You will act as a critical link between Customers (Seekers) and client's operational systems—ensuring smooth order flow, solving user issues, managing supply-side Partners, and refining internal processes to deliver seamless spiritual services.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage workflows for customer service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for user queries, grievances, and feedback.
  • Funnel qualitative feedback to product and tech teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain service quality by coordinating with supply partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze user complaints and proactively reduce recurring issues.
  • Help manage day-to-day order fulfillment for pooja and astrology services.
  • Support onboarding, training, & nurturing of partners (e.g., pandits, astrologers) to ensure consistency & quality in delivery.
  • Assist in acquiring new supply partners across service categories and geographies based on demand (e.g., regional astrologers, temple partners, or language-specific experts).
  • Track supply-side performance and help implement improvement plans or corrective actions where needed.
  • Contribute to documentation and refinement of internal SOPs for both user and supply operations.

Skills Required

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Should know English, Hindi and Kannada
  • High ownership and problem-solving ability.
  • Empathy and clear communication with Users and Partners.
  • Process-driven mindset with the ability to create and document SOPs.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
