Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Build, lead, and manage the city sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide mentorship and regular feedback.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative work culture across departments.
2. Business Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to scale digital marketing and branding service offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities, tap into unexplored markets, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams to drive client acquisition initiatives.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their goals and offer tailored digital marketing solutions including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Branding, and Content Marketing.
- Serve as the face of GTF Technologies for the Noida market.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze sales metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Forecast revenues and identify areas of improvement using data-driven insights.
- Ensure alignment of local sales goals with overall company objectives.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, product, and customer experience teams for seamless onboarding and project delivery.
- Work closely with the central marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, branding, and content strategy
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
