Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    pan-India sales operations
    for HVAC & MEP solutions.
  • Develop and implement
    sales strategies
    to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a
    sales team (regional heads, project sales, channel partners)
    .
  • Drive
    business development with EPC contractors, architects, consultants, builders, and corporate clients
    .
  • Manage
    key accounts
    and build strong relationships with decision makers.
  • Coordinate with
    production, design, and project execution teams
    to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor
    market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategy
    and recommend actions.
  • Achieve
    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    .

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification
    : B.Tech / BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred), MBA (Sales/Marketing desirable).
  • Experience
    : 15–20 years in
    HVAC & MEP sales
    , with at least 5 years in a
    National / Zonal leadership role
    .
  • Proven track record of
    driving large-scale project sales
    in India.
  • Strong network with
    consultants, EPC companies, builders, and facility management firms
    .
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India extensively.
