Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
pan-India sales operations
for HVAC & MEP solutions. - Develop and implement
sales strategies
to achieve company growth and revenue targets. - Build, mentor, and manage a
sales team (regional heads, project sales, channel partners)
. - Drive
business development with EPC contractors, architects, consultants, builders, and corporate clients
. - Manage
key accounts
and build strong relationships with decision makers. - Coordinate with
production, design, and project execution teams
to ensure timely deliveries. - Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategy
and recommend actions. - Achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification
: B.Tech / BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred), MBA (Sales/Marketing desirable). - Experience
: 15–20 years in
HVAC & MEP sales
, with at least 5 years in a
National / Zonal leadership role
. - Proven track record of
driving large-scale project sales
in India. - Strong network with
consultants, EPC companies, builders, and facility management firms
. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel across India extensively.
