Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Head - Herbal Extracts at Nectar Phytochems Private Limited. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand our customer base. Daily tasks will include leading the sales team, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, exploring new markets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service. The role also involves analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and providing feedback to the management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the herbal extracts or related industries
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience in market analysis and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Experience in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
