Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for the Head of Sales Department. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves training and mentoring the sales team, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales
  • Proven ability in Team Management and Sales Management
  • Minimumim 5-6 yrs real estate experience
  • Location Noida and Lucknow
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
