Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to lead and manage our field sales team, drive marketing initiatives, and develop strategic business growth plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, and a proven track record in achieving business targets through team management and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:1. Field Sales Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage field sales executives across regions.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support and evaluate team activities.
  • Implement incentive and performance monitoring systems.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) and ATL (Above-the-Line) marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with design and digital teams to roll out promotional content.
  • Monitor brand visibility and suggest improvements for outreach.
  • Organize events, exhibitions, and activations to boost market presence.

3. Business Development Planning:

  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion areas.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to optimize pricing and positioning.
  • Develop and present growth plans, sales forecasts, and investment needs.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, and leadership teams to align strategy with execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing distributed teams and remote operations.
  • Exposure to regional markets and multilingual communication.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
