We are looking for a driven
Inside Sales Executive
with experience in
SaaS or Financial Services
to manage the full inside sales cycle and consistently close deals. This role suits someone who understands consultative selling, works numbers confidently, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Location:
Chennai – Chetpet

Working Days:
5 days a week + 2 Saturdays per month

CTC:
Up to 5–6 LPA (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for SaaS or financial products/services.
  • Understand client requirements and position solutions with a consultative approach.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
  • Achieve individual revenue and conversion targets consistently.
  • Conduct product demos, solution walkthroughs, or proposal discussions as required.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth conversions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of inside sales experience in
    SaaS, FinTech, BFSI, or subscription-based models
    .
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and conversion metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target- and revenue-focused environment.
