Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound telesales/telemarketing calls to potential clients.
  • Explain company services, generate interest, and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments and share proposals/quotations.
  • Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Support Business Development team with lead management.
  • Maintain client database, call logs, and daily MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Handle basic office work, documentation, and communication.
