About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who can own our paid marketing channels and contribute to our SEO efforts. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn while working closely with our SEO team to drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create performance reports and present findings to stakeholders
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid and organic strategies
  • Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, and technical audits
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, technical, content strategy)
  • Comfort working with data – Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Experience with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills – you can explain complex data simply
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
  • Familiarity with CRO principles and landing page optimization
  • Background working with B2B or fintech clients
