Role Overview — Market Research Analyst

We're hiring a
Market Research Analyst
to analyze industries, competitors, and market trends that drive our B2B growth strategies.

In this role, you'll collaborate with our
marketing, sales, and strategy teams
to generate insights, identify potential business opportunities, and support
lead generation and client acquisition
across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    market research
    to identify target industries, buyer personas, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze
    competitor positioning

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads

    LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach

  • Create
    insight reports and dashboards
    to support sales and marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the
    lead generation and marketing teams
    to refine targeting and improve conversion quality.
  • Track key
    industry developments
    and present actionable recommendations.
  • Support
    campaign planning and performance tracking
    with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marketing, Business, Economics, or Data Analytics
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in market research, lead generation, or business strategy.
  • Strong
    analytical, communication, and presentation
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, Google Sheets, or market research tools
    (e.g., LinkedIn, SimilarWeb, Crunchbase).
  • A proactive, curious mindset and interest in
    marketing automation, AI tools, and B2B strategy
    .
