Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Customer Sales Specialist will be responsible for effectively engaging with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, presenting and promoting company services, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and assisting with training resources when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to relate well with clients and articulate solutions effectively.
  • Proven Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and convert prospects into customers.
  • Analytical Skills for identifying customer needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Training and coaching capabilities to help team members improve their skills and performance.
  • Proficiency in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and multitasking efficiently.
  • Prior experience in education consulting, sales, or client relations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
