Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, offering technical support, managing customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Customer Support Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and building positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Experience or skills in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting solutions
  • Strong Analytical Skills to understand client needs and address concerns effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in customer service, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools is an advantage
