The Customer Support Specialist will handle client queries, provide support via various communication channels, and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role involves offering technical support, collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
