About profile:

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Regional Coordinators to support our domestic business operations across four zones North, South, East, and West. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in coordination or sales support roles, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to act as a single point of contact between the Head Office and the assigned regional team.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Follow-up

  • Track order bookings and execution status with internal teams and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Sample Coordination

  • Manage the dispatch and tracking of product samples to field teams or customers..

Payment Follow-up

  • Coordinate with customers and internal finance teams for payment and cheque collection.
  • Assist in order release once payment formalities are completed.

Activity & Approvals Support

  • Assist the regional heads with activity plans, event coordination, and approval documentation.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Prepare, maintain, and share reports or data as requested by regional heads or Head Office.
  • Maintain updated records in Excel and ensure data accuracy.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the single point of contact between the regional office and Head Office.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among sales, logistics, finance, and other support teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination, business operations, or administrative support.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, email communication, and phone coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
