Zoya, from the House of Tata, is a luxury diamond boutique brand that celebrates the artistry of fine jewellery. With boutiques across India, Zoya redefines design through inspired storytelling, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experiences.
Role Objective:
To uphold and enhance the visual identity of Zoya across all boutiques in the assigned region. The Regional Visual Merchandiser (RVM) ensures that every store reflects Zoyas luxury positioning, storytelling, and design philosophy, driving brand desirability and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Merchandising Execution:
- Implement Zoyas VM guidelines and seasonal themes across boutiques.
- Ensure uniformity in visual presentation, display standards, and brand aesthetics.
- Execute window installations, in-store displays, and product presentations as per brand directives.
- Oversee visual refreshes during new collection launches, events, and festive campaigns.
2. Regional Strategy & Planning:
- Plan and execute VM calendar for the assigned region in alignment with the national VM strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to localize VM initiatives based on regional customer insights.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with store managers, retail operations, and marketing for timely execution of VM deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and agencies for prop production, logistics, and installation.
- Work closely with the design team to adapt global concepts to local store layouts.
4. Training & Development:
- Train boutique teams on basic VM principles, display maintenance, and storytelling techniques.
- Build a culture of visual excellence and brand sensitivity across store staff.
5. Analysis & Reporting:
- Track VM effectiveness through KPIs like footfall conversion, customer engagement, and store aesthetics scores.
- Provide feedback and insights to the central VM team to improve future campaigns.
- Maintain documentation and photo reports of VM executions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising; luxury, jewellery, or fashion industry preferred.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and composition.
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
