Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile client ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
  • Share regular collection reports and payment status updates with management.
  • Escalate overdue accounts and assist in implementing effective recovery strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure smooth communication and payment compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or client coordination
  • Good understanding of accounting basics, TDS, and GST preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
