**Job Title: First Party Collection Representative (Voice Process)**

**Work from Home**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls regarding payment queries and resolve issues promptly
- Collect payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary
- Meet or exceed collection targets and metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

**Requirements**:

- HSC Graduate with 1 year international BPO experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comms C3
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment (US rotational shift timing)
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
- 5 days working, 2 rotational off

**Shift Timing**:
US rotational shift timing, with night shifts

**Qualification**:
HSC Graduate with 1 year international BPO experience

**Note**:

- The company will provide training and support to ensure success in the role.
- Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
