About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, empathetic, and customer-focused Collections Executive to manage fee collections and payment follow-ups for our high-value membership programs. This role goes beyond numbers — it's about ensuring every member's financial journey is handled with trust, clarity, and professionalism. You will help maintain smooth financial operations while representing the care and integrity of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fee Collection & Follow-Up

● Manage daily fee collections and EMI follow-ups for high-value program members through online payment modes.

● Maintain structured reminders, follow-up schedules, and accurate tracking to ensure on-time payments.

● Handle pending dues through polite, persuasive, and professional communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

2. Customer Communication & Relationship

● Build respectful and positive relationships while managing payment-related discussions.

● Provide clear information on payment plans, balances, and receipts.

● Resolve financial queries promptly to ensure every member feels supported and valued.

3. Documentation & Reporting

● Maintain updated records of all transactions, receipts, and outstanding payments.

● Prepare and share accurate daily and weekly collection summaries and MIS reports.

● Reconcile discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for verification.

4. Coordination & Internal Support

● Collaborate with Accounts and Operations teams for data validation and process alignment.

● Share timely insights with management on payment trends and recovery performance.

5. Compliance & Professional Standards

● Follow company guidelines for all financial communication and confidentiality.

● Uphold transparent, ethical, and customer-first practices in every interaction.

Qualifications & Skills

● Graduate in any stream with 1–3 years of experience in collections, tele-calling, or accounts (preferably in education, finance, or coaching).

● Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online payment platforms.

● Positive, organized, and target-driven mindset.

Work Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai – On-site

Working Hours: 9 to 6 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Rs. 25, ,000 per month
