About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven
Performance Marketing Manager
to lead and execute paid campaigns across
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google Ads
. The role requires strong expertise in both platforms—covering strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting—with the goal of driving measurable business growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on
    Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery)
    .
  • Develop
    full-funnel paid media strategies
    across awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Implement
    tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement
    (Pixel, GA4, GTM).
  • Manage budgets and optimize for performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS).
  • Run
    A/B testing
    on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce engaging ad creatives and ad copies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on
    Meta & Google Ads best practices, policies, and algorithm changes
    .
  • Explore new ad formats, tools, and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in
    Google Ads + Meta Ads campaign management
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    keyword bidding, campaign structures, and audience targeting
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and GTM
    .
  • Demonstrated success in
    e-commerce, lead gen, or app install campaigns
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of other channels (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
