Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage the Sales and Marketing functions for our
Bar Business Vertical
. The incumbent will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. This role involves driving demand generation, pre-sales activities, marketing initiatives, and ensuring successful commercial transactions to secure revenue across Bar and other Dextra business segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate demand through client visits, presentations, and awareness creation activities.
- Groom and support regional commercial teams with product knowledge and transactional activities (product briefing, presentations, lead identification, etc.).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients including project owners, consultants, contractors, applicators, and fabricators.
- Drive lead generation and pre-sales activities to support revenue growth.
- Ensure timely and effective commercial transactions to achieve business targets.
- Frequent travel across assigned territory to meet clients, attend site meetings, and industry events.
- Host seminars, training sessions, and participate in precast forums to establish thought leadership.
