Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Consultation: Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, understanding their research needs, and recommending the most suitable microscopy and lab equipment solutions (e.g., compound microscopes, electron microscopes, spectroscopy devices, cell culture equipment).
- Sales & Business Development: Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Product Management: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our full product portfolio, competitive landscape, and current trends in microscopy, imaging, and lab technology.
- Demonstrations & Training: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for potential and existing clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Market Feedback: Collect and relay market feedback to R&D and product management teams to guide future product development.
Qualifications
- Education: or any relevant scientific or engineering field such as Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science. Technical Diploma holders may also apply having experience/ knowledge in relevant field.
- Technical Experience: Minimum of 0-4 years of hands-on experience using and/or servicing advanced microscopy systems (e.g., fluorescence, confocal, SEM, TEM) and general laboratory instrumentation. Freshers may apply.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-Motivated: Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage a territory effectively.
