Job Title: Collection Executive

Location: Kulapully, Palakkad

Job Role:

We are looking for dedicated and customer-friendly Collection Executives (Female candidates only) to join our branch at Kulapully. The role involves following up with customers, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers regarding payments and collections
  • Maintain records of daily collections and outstanding accounts
  • Provide customer support and resolve basic queries related to payments
  • Report collection status to the branch manager
  • Ensure polite and professional communication with customers

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Minimum +2 / Any Degree
  • Female candidates only
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates residing near Kulapully, Palakkad preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Up to ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
