Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers for loan recovery as per the daily collection list.
  • Follow up with delinquent customers and convince them for payment.
  • Collect cash/cheques/DDs and deposit the same to the branch/account.
  • Update payment status and report collection progress to the manager.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with customers while adhering to collection ethics.
  • Escalate non-responsive or problematic cases to the senior team.
  • Ensure proper documentation of receipts and follow NBFC compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass (12th or Degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in collections or field work is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in local language.
  • Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
  • Familiar with the local area and routes.

Working Hours:

Part-time basis, with flexible timings as per collection schedule (e.g., 3–4 hours/day, 6 days a week).

Salary:

Fixed + Attractive Incentives on collection performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
