Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR)
Experience: 5 – 9 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager – HR who can independently handle Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Vendor Coordination, and Facility Management Services. The role demands a dynamic professional capable of managing both HR operations and administrative functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Payroll & Compliance:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculation, pay sheet preparation, and verification.
- Handle ESI, PF, PT, and GST challans, audits, and statutory returns.
- Maintain compliance reports and ensure timely filing of returns.
- Support in statutory and internal audits related to HR and payroll.
Vendor & Facility Management:
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility management, housekeeping, and office maintenance.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, renewals, and service quality.
- Ensure timely payments and maintain vendor documentation and records.
- Oversee office administration, asset tracking, and general facility upkeep.
Recruitment & HR Operations:
- Support hiring activities for junior to mid-level positions.
- Maintain employee data, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate with management on policy implementation and HR initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, ESI, PF, PT, and GST compliance.
- Experience in vendor management and facility operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
